Delivery Policy

Our shipping fee is £3.85 per order for UK delivery.

We aim to send items within 5 working days of receiving your order.

Standard shipping takes 2 to 4 working days.

We will deliver your items to the address you specify for delivery in your order. You must ensure your address is accurate when checking out as we will not be held responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address if you provide incorrect information at checkout.

If for any reason beyond our control delivery is delayed, the delivery date will be extended by a reasonable period and we will contact you to arrange an alternative time.

Returns Policy

RETURNS

We know that you are going to absolutely love your THE PRETTY ONE purchase, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied upon receiving your item then please contact us at info@theprettyone.co.uk within 14 days of purchase.

Please state the reason you are requesting a return, your order name and number. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, odour free, with labels, tags and in its original packaging. The postage cost is not refundable and the seller is responsible for the return postage cost.

Please note due to hygiene reasons hair bows cannot be returned and returns are not offered on sale items.

STORE CREDIT

We are a small business with limited sizes and designs and therefore we cannot guarantee that we will be able to exchange your items when they are returned to us. Therefore, we do not offer exchanges, only credit to be used on our online store.

Our 14-day returns policy means you have 14 days after purchasing your item to return your items and request a credit note. You can then use this credit to re-purchase in a different size or design. Credit notes are issued via email in the form of a code which can be used on your next purchase at checkout and are valid for one month from issue.

FAULTY ITEMS

We advise that you check your purchase thoroughly once received and contact us immediately at info@theprettyone.co.uk if the item is faulty to discuss further.
